Graham Higton

President

Mr. Higton is a customer-Centric leader with over 20 years of experience managing finance, sales, operations, and providing consulting services to the healthcare marketplace. Mr. Higton is responsible for the overall delivery of our services, client relationships along with the financial and operational growth across MHC Services Group and its operating partners.

Mr. Higton works closely with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction. In addition, Mr. Higton works along the side of our executive team to support growth, strategy, and direction. Mr. Higton has more than 20 years of information technology and management consulting experience, with two decades of experience specializing in the healthcare business and technology marketplace. Before MHC Services Group, Mr. Higton led large teams involved in the design, development, and implementation of consulting services to clients in Healthcare, Technology, Banking, Education & Manufacturing industries.  Mr. Higton’s career path has led him to live in various parts of the country, allowing him to enjoy his passions away from the office in Golfing and Boating.

Bradford W. Thompson

Partner and Chief Operations and Strategy Officer

Mr. Thompson is an accomplished customer-centric technology and business leader with over 30-years’ experience. Mr. Thompson is responsible for maintaining proficiency and expanding our services and products for our clients. Mr. Thompson has a strong track record of success in strategic positioning increasing sales and growing bottom line while also overseeing operational improvements that drive productivity.

Mr. Thompson’s responsibilities include identifying, designing, developing, and implementing market-driven strategies to expand existing services and products for our clients. Mr. Thompson's focus for the last 30-years has been the development, adoption, management, and deployment of business and technology solutions for the healthcare enterprise. Mr. Thompson’s work tenure has included a variety of executive and C-level positions that have spanned across healthcare payers and software vendors.  Mr. Thompson has spent most of his adult life in the Seattle area, where he enjoys boating, woodworking, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.

Ronny Neira

Partner and Chief Services Officer

Mr. Neira is Chief Services Officer and leads teams that provide solutions to our clients. With over 20 years of experience managing teams along with large and small projects, Mr. Neira stands at the forefront of providing consultation services, team building, professional development, strategic and tactical implementations.

Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation, and growth Mr. Neira is a client-centric champion focused on implementing our client’s business initiatives while also providing technology solutions to support our client's proven practices. Mr. Neira and the team ensure the smooth, effective operation of multiple concurrent projects targeted at a diverse client base. Mr. Neira’s work tenure has included a variety of senior level positions that have spanned across healthcare payers and software vendors.  Mr. Neira’s experience covers a wide range of clients and projects within the healthcare payer and software vendors space. Mr. Neira enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, pairing food with wines, and spending time with co-workers and friends. During his spare time, Ronny supports a local Autism Parent Support group by providing education and awareness to ensure the quality of educational, Medical, and social programs are available for children with autism.

John Godzina

Executive Vice President of Business Services and CIO

Mr. Godzina brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare payer and managed care industry with a customer-centric focus on solving complex operational and technical problems.  Mr. Godzina’s responsibilities include close collaboration and strategic planning with MHC clients’ business, operational and technical executive level leadership. Mr. Godzina has significant hands-on experience and knowledge that helps ensure the appropriate direction, solutions, and services are in alignment with the goals and objectives of MHC’s clients and partners.

Mr. Godzina has served an array of healthcare entities including medical payers, managed services organizations, independent physician associations, and ancillary benefit organizations. He has also served in executive leadership capacities at some of the nation’s largest healthcare companies. Mr. Godzina has built high-performing teams with a focus on service and partnership with business departments, aligning the IT structure to the organizational mission and strategy.

Mr. Godzina enjoys ocean sailing and spending time with his family.

Carol Brown

VP Business Development & Marketing

Brown is an accomplished marketing and business development leader with over 25 years’ experience serving the healthcare payer technology and services industry that support government and commercial programs. At MHC, Brown leads, develops, and supports execution of overall marketing and business development strategies in support of expanding MHC’s brand and presence in the market space and to expand MHC’s partner and client base.

Prior to joining MHC, Brown held several senior level positions including VP of marketing, senior director of sales solutions, product management, and product marketing for enterprise class payer software solutions and services.  Brown is from Ohio but has lived across the U.S. and enjoys boating, adventurous travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Edith Carbonell

Edith has over 30 years of experience in the Health Care industry. She is dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Vice President of Professional Services with a proven track record in leading high-performance teams to deliver exceptional Business and IT consulting and advisory services. A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the professional services landscape, Edith excels in developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive client success and satisfaction.

Edith leverages her extensive experience to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of professional services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Her leadership style is collaborative, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and client-focused innovation.

Her expertise in managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing service offerings to meet evolving market demands. Edith’s goal is to drive operational efficiency, maximize client value, and contribute to the overall success of the organization in the dynamic landscape of professional services. In addition, Edith’s servant leadership style creates a positive and supportive environment where individuals thrive, and the organization flourishes through the collective efforts of its empowered and motivated team.
